This isn’t to say that you should cover up anything or lie. You should still let buyers know what they’re getting themselves into.

 

It’s just that, given how little money that you’re already probably going to get from your ugly New Jersey house, you’re better off making having all the appropriate inspections done the responsibility of the buyer.
